舌三针联合穴位贴敷治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效及对脑神经机制的影响OA

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of tongue triple acupuncture combined with acupoint application in treating post-stroke dysphagia and its impact on cerebral neural mechanisms.Methods:Ninety patients with post-stroke dysphagia treated at Xinyu People's Hospital from December 2022 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received swallowing training,while the observation group received additional tongue triple acupuncture combined with acupoint application.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,swallowing function[Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA),Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study(VFSS)],quality of life[Swallow Quality of Life Questionnaire(SWAL-QOL)],and cerebral neural injury indicators[Neuropeptide Y(NPY),Neuron-Specific Enolase(NSE)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SSA scores and NPY and NSE levels in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The VFSS and SWAL-QOL scores in both groups increased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional swallowing training,additional tongue triple acupuncture combined with acupoint application yields better outcomes in patients with post-stroke dysphagia.It helps restore swallowing function,reduces cerebral neural injury,and improves quality of life,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
