复方黄柏液涂剂联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏在痔疮术后的疗效观察OA
Observation on the Clinical Effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Combined with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment in Postoperative Treatment of Hemorrhoids
目的:观察复方黄柏液涂剂联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏在痔疮术后的临床疗效.方法:将 2023 年 1-6 月在吉安市中心人民医院行痔疮手术的120例患者采用随机双盲数表模式分为观察组、黄柏液对照组(对照组1)和马应龙对照组(对照组2),各 40 例.观察组给予复方黄柏液涂剂联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,对照组1 给予复方黄柏液涂剂治疗,对照组 2 给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,且对 3 组患者的术后疼痛程度、肛缘水肿程度、渗血程度和消退时间及创面愈合时间进行观察及评估.结果:治疗后,观察组患者痔疮术后 3、7、14 d创面疼痛评分均显著低于对照组 1 和对照组 2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者痔疮术后 7、14 d 肛缘水肿评分均显著低于对照组 1 和对照组 2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者痔疮术后 7 d 渗血程度评分显著低于对照组 1 和对照组 2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者渗血消退时间显著低于对照组 1 和对照组 2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者伤口平均愈合时间显著低于对照组 1 和对照组 2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:复方黄柏液涂剂熏洗坐浴联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂临床效果要优于单用复方黄柏液涂剂或马应龙麝香痔疮膏,能显著改善痔疮术后患者并发症,具有良好的临床应用价值,值得临床推广.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Huangbai Liquid combined with Mayinglong MuskHemorrhoids Ointment in patients after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent hemorrhoid surgery at Ji'an Central People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were randomly divided into three groups using a randomized double-blind number table method:observation group,Huangbai Liquid control group(Control 1),and Mayinglong control group(Control 2),with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received Compound Huangbai Liquid combined with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment.Control 1 was treated with Compound Huangbai Liquid alone,and Cont rol 2 with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment alone.Postoperative pain,perianal edema,bleeding severity,bleeding resolutio n time,and wound healing time were observed and evaluated in all three groups.Results:After treatment,the wound pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of Control 1 and Control 2 at 3,7,and 14 days after hemorrhoid surgery,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The perianal edema scores in the observation group in the observation group were significantly lower than those in Control 1 and Control 2 at 7 and 14 days after hemorrhoid surgery.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The bleeding severity scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in Control 1 and Control 2 at 7 days after hemorrhoid surgery,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time to bleeding resolution in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in Control 1 and Control 2,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The mean wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in Control 1 and Control 2,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid by fumigation and sitz bath combined with topical Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment is superior to that of Compound Huangbai Liquid alone or Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment alone.It can significantly reduce postoperative complications in patients after hemorrhoid surgery,with good clinical application value and worthy of clinical promotion.
