关于黄芪-葛根-丹参组分中药治疗糖尿病肾病的理论探讨OA

Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus and the leading cause of end-stage renal disease and patient mortality.At present,there is no specific therapeutic regimen in Western medicine.As a microvascular complication of diabetes,its pathogenesis is highly complex.In recent years,relevant studies have mainly focused on metabolic abnormalities,oxidative stress,inflammation,and autophagy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has become a research hotspot due to its remarkable efficacy in improving clinical symptoms and delaying disease progression.According to TCM theory,the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease is closely related to Qi deficiency and blood stasis.As a classic TCM combination for reinforcing Qi,nourishing Yin,and resolving blood stasis,the herbal pair of Astragalus membranaceus-Pueraria lobata-Salvia miltiorrhiza contains various active ingredients,including astragalus polysaccharides,astragalosides,pueraria flavonoids,and tanshinones.These components can specifically target the above pathogenesis and pathological processes associated with glycolipid metabolism,oxidative stress,inflammation,and autophagy.By regulating multiple signaling pathways,including SIRT1/NF-κB,MAPK,AGEs,and NLRP3/caspase-1,they modulate glycolipid metabolism,inhibit oxidative stress and inflammatory responses,maintain autophagic homeostasis,and thereby retard renal fibrosis,exerting favorable therapeutic effects on diabetic kidney disease.
