基于《丹台玉案》探析孙文胤月经病诊治特色OA

Through a systematic study of Dantai Yuan,combined with the contents related to menstruation in Neijing and the medical works of CHEN Ziming,LI Gao,ZHU Zhenheng and others,this paper summarizes SUN Wenyin's inheritance and development in the diagnosis and treatment of menstrual diseases.SUN Wenyin inherited the study of Neijing and stressed that the occurrence of menstruation was closely related to the kidney qi,Tiangui,and the two vessels of Chong and Ren.In the syndrome differentiation of the etiology and pathogenesis of menstrual diseases,he mostly followed the theories of CHEN Ziming and ZHU Zhenheng,holding that emotional disorder,deficiency of the body and invasion of pathogenic factors,consumption of Qi and blood,and blockage of collaterals by phlegm and blood stasis are all the causes of menstrual diseases.He also elaborated on the pathogenesis of common menstrual diseases and determined the corresponding therapeutic methods and prescriptions.In clinical practice,he attached importance to preventive measures such as regulating emotions,avoiding cold food,and preventing exogenous pathogenic factors.In treatment,he focused on purging excess and tonifying deficiency,and regulating Qi and blood.He was good at modifying Siwu Decoction according to syndromes,flexibly using qi-regulating herbs to tonify blood and regulate menstruation,and often protecting the original Qi of the spleen and kidney with medicines to nourish the source of Qi and blood.Meanwhile,he emphasized the processing of medicinal materials and the administration methods of prescriptions and medicines.
