家校医社协同下高职院校学生心理危机预防与干预的策略研究OA
Research on the strategies for psychological crisis prevention and intervention for vocational college students under the collaboration of family,school,medical,and community
目的 依托家校医社的协同干预模式,初步探索其降低高职院校学生心理危机的效果,以及对学生的心理健康水平的改善价值.方法 2024年3-9月,从山西铁道职业技术学院筛选出存在心理危机风险的120名学生,分为试验组与对照组,每组各60名.试验组采用家校医社的协同干预模式开展相应的心理健康干预教育,对照组仅开展常规的心理健康教育.结果 干预前,两组的各项观察指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).持续干预3个月后,试验组的心理危机的风险评分明显低于对照组(P<0.001),且随时间的推移,试验组该指标降低更为明显;持续干预6个月后,两组差异进一步的扩大(P<0.001);通过对6个月的重复测量方差分析发现:时间主效应、组别主效应及交互效应均有统计学意义(P<0.001).干预3个月时,试验组SCL-90总分低于对照组(P<0.001);干预6个月时,组间差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.001);重复测量方差分析显示,时间主效应、组别主效应及交互效应均显著.干预6个月后,试验组SSRS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.001).结论 家校医社协同干预可以有效降低高职院校学生的心理危机风险,改善其心理健康水平,提升社会支持感知度,是一种具有实践价值的干预策略.
Objective The effectiveness of a multi-party collaborative intervention in reducing psychological crises among vocational col-lege students was examined for its potential to improve mental health outcomes.Methods This study(March-September 2024)involved 120 students identified with psychological crisis at Shanxi Railway Vocational and Technical College.The students were divided into an experimental group(n=60),which received a collaborative home-school-medical-community intervention for mental health,and a control group(n=60),which received routine mental health education only.Results No statistically significant differences were found in all obser-vation indicators between the two groups pre-intervention(P>0.05).After 3 months of continuous intervention,the experimental group had a significantly lower psychological crisis risk score than the control group(P<0.001),and this decrease became more pronounced over time.The inter-group difference further widened at the 6-month mark(P<0.001).Repeated measures ANOVA over 6 months re-vealed significant main effects of time and group,as well as a significant interaction effect(all P<0.001).At 3 and 6 months post-interven-tion,the experimental group's total SCL-90 score was consistently lower than that of the control group(both P<0.001);repeated measures ANOVA confirmed significant main effects of time and group and a significant interaction effect.Additionally,the experimental group achieved a significantly higher SSRS score than the control group at the 6-month follow-up(P<0.001).Conclusion Multi-stakeholder(family-school-medical-community)intervention is proven to effectively mitigate psychological crisis risk,improve mental health,and strengthen perceived social support in vocational college students,demonstrating its practical value.
