新质生产力视域下高职生物技术专业创新人才培养的路径研究OA

Research on the pathways for cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational biotechnology programs from the perspective of new-quality productive forces

新质生产力已经成为国家高质量发展的重要驱动力,因此生物技术行业随着数字化、智能化、工程化的大潮推动在不断地对技术技能型人才能力提出综合和创新性的要求.高职院校是技术技能人才的主要培养基地,其目前的人才培养体系在课程设置、实践深度、产教融合、评价方式等各方面还与产业升级需求存在较大的差距.本文从新质生产力的理论内涵及其对生物技术产业的重塑作用入手,分析高职生物技术人才培养的现实困境,构建了"五维一体"的创新人才核心能力框架,并从培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、产教融合、评价体系等方面提出系统性路径,旨在为高职生物技术专业适应新质生产力发展要求、提升创新人才培养质量提供理论参考与实践方案.

With the emergence of new-quality productive forces as a key driver of national high-quality development,the biotechnology in-dustry-driven by trends in capitalization,internalization,and engineering-oriented transformation-has placed increasingly complex and in-novation-oriented demands on technical and skilled personnel.As the primary institutions responsible for cultivating such talent,higher vo-cational colleges face significant gaps between their current training systems and the evolving needs of industrial upgrading,particularly in curriculum structure,practical training depth,industry-education collaboration,and evaluation mechanisms.Based on the theoretical con-notations of new-quality productive forces and their informativeness impact on the biotechnology sector,this study analyzes the current challenges in talent cultivation within higher vocational biotechnology programs,constructs a"five-dimension integrated"core competen-cy framework for innovative talent,and proposes a systematic cultivation pathway covering training objectives,curriculum system recon-struction,teaching model reform,industry-education integration,and multi-dimensional assessment.The study aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical solutions for enhancing the quality of innovative talent cultivation in higher vocational biotechnology programs in response to the development requirements of new-quality productive forces.
