大思政视域下儿科护理"双线三阶"育人体系路径探析OA
Exploration on the path of the"two-line and three-stage"talent cultivation system in pediatric nursing from the perspective of the great ideological and political education
随着大思政教育格局的逐步深入发展,儿科护理教学以培养"德技并修"的高素质护理人才为核心目标.本文采用理论构建与方法论探索的路径,尝试建立符合儿科护理教学特色的"双线三阶"育人模式,即"明线(知识技能传授)"和"暗线(思政教育引领)"双线相融贯及"认知与认同(理论教学)""内化与践行(实践教学)""反思与提升(综合能力)"三阶递进贯通.旨在构建一个逻辑自洽、实践导向的理论框架与教学设计工具,为切实落实"立德树人"的根本任务、推动儿科护理教育课程思政改革提供方法论启示.
With the gradual deepening of the"macro ideological and political education"framework,pediatric nursing education has fo-cused on cultivating high-quality nursing talents who are"both morally sound and technically competent."Adopting a theoretical construc-tion and methodological exploration approach,this paper attempts to establish a"Two-Line,Three-Stage"educational model tailored to the characteristics of pediatric nursing teaching.This model integrates the"explicit line—imparting knowledge and skills"with the"implicit line—ideological and political education guidance,"and follows a progressive three-stage structure:"cognition and identification(theoreti-cal teaching),""internalization and practice(practical teaching),"and"reflection and enhancement(comprehensive competence)."The study aims to produce a logically coherent and practice-oriented theoretical framework and instructional design tool,offering methodologi-cal insights for effectively implementing the fundamental task of"fostering virtue through education"and advancing the ideological and po-litical curriculum reform in pediatric nursing education.
