文化价值共创:乡村文化治理有效的逻辑理路OACHSSCD

Co-creation of cultural value:an effective logical approach to rural cultural governance

基于价值共创理论,通过对湘西Y镇民俗文化活动的实地调研,构建"主体-网络-功能"分析框架,阐释乡村文化治理有效的逻辑理路.结果表明,在乡村文化治理面临主体缺位、资源分散和功能弱化等多重困境时,政府、企业、村干部、社会团体、村民等多元主体通过共同设计、协作生产、沉浸体验与深度建构,可驱动文化治理从外部行政赋能向内生价值创造转化,破解乡村文化治理中面临的风险挑战.在此基础上,文化价值共创使村民主体性得以激活、社会协同网络得以建构、文化功能体系得以整合,进而实现文化治理的价值增能.据此,建议从认同建构与治理在场互构、共识凝聚与平台嵌入协同、效能溢出至治理共同体的价值跃迁等方面优化这一实践路径,为乡村文化治理现代化提供可借鉴的经验范式.

Based on the theory of value co-creation and combined with the on-site investigation of folk cultural activities in Y town,Xiangxi,an analysis framework of"subject-network-function"was constructed to explain the effective logical approach to rural cultural governance.The results show that when rural cultural governance is confronted with multiple predicaments such as the absence of subjects,scattered resources,and weakened functions,multiple subjects including the government,enterprises,village cadres,social organizations,and villagers can drive the transformation of cultural governance from external administrative empowerment to endogenous value creation through joint design,collaborative production,immersive experience and in-depth construction to address the risks and challenges they encounter in rural cultural governance.On this basis,the co-creation of cultural values has activated the villagers'subjectivity,constructed the social collaborative network,and integrated the cultural functional system,achieving value empowerment in cultural governance.Therefore,it is suggested that this practical path be optimized from such aspects as the mutual construction of identity and governance presence,the synergy of consensus building and platform embedding,and the spillover of effectiveness to the value leap of the governance community in order to provide a referential experience model for the modernization of rural cultural governance.
