为明确氢气存储与加注设备技术发展方向,推进氢能规模化高质量发展,本文分析了高压气态储氢、低温液态储氢、固态材料储氢以及有机液态储氢4类储氢技术特征,梳理了车载储氢系统、加氢站核心装备的技术短板,梳理了我国加氢站产业发展格局与区域集群特点,并提出了加注设备技术的发展趋势.结果表明:当前车载储氢以35 MPa Ⅲ型瓶为主,Ⅳ型瓶国内尚未进行商业化推广,加氢站核心装备普遍存在技术制约,表现为储氢容量低、设备成本高、依赖进口程度较重,易发生氢脆现象;我国加氢站规模居全球首位,撬装式加氢站为国内建设主流,液氢加氢站因高能量密度成为未来发展方向但目前仍处起步阶段.未来,氢气存储与加注设备技术将围绕高密度、高效率、低能耗、高安全性和智能化方向迭代升级,加快实现设备国产化、标准化与产业集群化的深度融合,从而突破当前的技术瓶颈与产业发展制约.

To clarify the technological development direction of hydrogen storage and refueling equipment and promote large-scale,high-quality hydrogen energy development,this study analyzes four hydrogen storage technologies:high-pressure gaseous storage,cryogenic liquid storage,solid-state material storage,and organic liquid storage.It identifies technical shortcomings in vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage systems and core equipment for hydrogen refueling stations,examines China's hydrogen refueling station industry landscape and regional clustering characteristics,and proposes development trends for refueling equipment technology.Research reveals that,current vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage primarily uses 35 MPa type Ⅲ cylinders,while type Ⅳ cylinders have not yet achieved commercial adoption.Core hydrogen refueling station equipment faces widespread technical constraints,including low storage capacity,high equipment costs,heavy reliance on imports,and susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement.China leads the world in hydrogen refueling station scale,with modular hydrogen refueling stations being the mainstream construction approach domestically.Liquid hydrogen refueling stations,driven by high energy density,represent a future development direction but remain in the early stages.Future advancements in hydrogen storage and refueling technologies will focus on high density,efficiency,low energy consumption,enhanced safety,and intelligent integration.Accelerating the deep integration of domestic equipment manufacturing,standardization,and industrial clustering will help overcome current technological bottlenecks and industrial development constraints.
