区间T球形模糊环境下的群决策方法研究OA
Research on Group Decision-Making Method under Interval-Valued T Spherical Fuzzy Environment
为解决区间T球形模糊环境下群决策中评价难以比较、偏好不一致与共识成本高等问题,提出新的区间T球形模糊得分函数与IVTSFSSWBM聚合算子,并通过偏好转化函数获得完全加性一致的模糊偏好关系.在此基础上引入位置权重构建改进序共识度量,并结合多数原则及容忍行为建立最小成本共识模型.通过药物选择案例验证了该方法的有效性与优越性.
To address the challenges of difficult-to-compare evaluations,preference incon-sistency and high consensus costs in group decision-making under an interval-valued T-Spherical fuzzy environment,this study proposes a novel interval-valued T-Spherical fuzzy score function and the IVTSFSSWBM aggregation operator.A fully additive-consist-ent fuzzy preference relation is derived through a preference transformation function.On this basis,a position-weighted ordinal consensus measure is introduced and a minimum-cost consensus model is established by incorporating the majority principle and decision-makers'tolerance behavior.A drug selection case study is conducted to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
