基于PLC的主动制冷除湿干燥装置控制系统OA
Design of a PLC-based Control System for an Active Refrigeration Drying Device
结合主动制冷除湿干燥装置,设计了一种基于PLC的主动制冷除湿干燥装置控制系统,从主动制冷除湿干燥装置的工作原理、控制系统的总体方案、硬件选型、程序设计几个方面对其研究开发过程进行了论述.该系统通过集成PLC控制器、人机交互界面(HMI)、传感器与执行器,实现了对装置的除湿、干燥、送风过程的自动化控制;系统采用模块化设计,以Atekon NA300 PLC控制器为核心,通过实时数据采集与预设工艺参数相结合,运用PID算法对执行器进行动态调节,满足设备除湿及送风的需求;人机交互界面提供参数设定、实时监控及故障报警功能.实验结果表明,该系统具有响应速度快、运行稳定性高的优势,满足极端工作环境的要求,显著提升了设备自动化水平.
Combined with an active refrigeration dehumidification and drying device,a PLC-based active refrigeration dehumidification and drying device control system is designed.The research and development process of the control system is discussed from the perspectives of the working principle of the active refrigeration dehumidification and drying device,the overall scheme of the control system,hardware selection,and program design.The system realizes automatic control over the dehumidification,drying and air supply processes of the device by integrating PLC controllers,human-machine interfaces(HMI),sensors and actuators.Adopting a modular design with the Atekon Technology NA300 PLC controller as its core,the system dynamically adjusts the actuators using PID algorithms through the combination of real-time data acquisition and preset process parameters,so as to meet the dehumidification and air supply requirements of the equipment.The human-machine interface provides functions such as parameter setting,real-time monitoring,and fault alarm.Experimental results show that the system has the advantages of fast response speed and high operational stability,meeting the requirements of extreme working environments and significantly enhancing equipment automation levels.
