ORC轴流膨胀机作为有机朗肯循环系统中的关键部件,其效率和稳定性对整个系统性能具有决定性影响.动叶盘作为膨胀机核心部件,其篦齿密封的加工精度直接影响转子运转寿命.现有加工方法易导致尺寸变形及表面质量不合格,研究提出分序分刀加工新方法,将工序分为粗加工、半精加工和精加工3个阶段,各阶段均设计了专用非标刀具.借助三维软件模拟加工,确定刀具加工空间与走刀路径,避免刀具与工件干涉.经改进的加工方法显著提升了篦齿密封尺寸精度和形位精度,使因刀具损坏导致的表面粗糙度不合格率大幅降低,减少了应力集中引起的尺寸超差现象.通过优化加工参数和刀具设计,以某一型号篦齿密封作为研究对象,采用新工艺方法进行加工制造,经三坐标检测,密封外圆直径偏差均在0.02 mm以内,密封圆度达0.011 8 mm和0.010 8 mm,同轴度0.005 6 mm,均优于设计要求,表面粗糙度稳定在Ra1.6以下,因刀具损坏导致的表面粗糙度不合格率从20%降至5%以内,应力集中引起的尺寸超差现象大幅减少,对提升ORC系统性能具有重要意义.

ORC axial flow expander as a key component in the organic Rankine cycle system,its efficiency and stability have a decisive impact on the performance of the whole system.As the core component of the expander,the machining accuracy of the grate tooth seal directly affects the rotor operating life.Existing machining methods easily lead to dimensional deformation and unqualified surface quality.A new method of machining with separate cutters is proposed,dividing the process into three stages:roughing,semi-finishing and finishing,and special non-standard tools are designed for each stage.With the help of three-dimensional software simulation processing,to determine the tool machining space and tool path,to avoid interference between the tool and the workpiece.The improved machining method significantly improves the dimensional and geometrical accuracy of the grate tooth seal,significantly reduces the surface roughness failure rate due to tool damage,and reduces the dimensional overshoot phenomenon caused by stress concentration.Through the optimisation of processing parameters and tool design,a certain type of grate tooth seal as a research object,using the new process method for processing and manufacturing,the three-coordinate detection,the seal diameter deviation of the outer circle are within 0.02 mm,the seal roundness of 0.011 8 mm and 0.010 8 mm,the coaxiality of 0.005 6 mm,which is better than the design requirements.The surface roughness is stable below Ra1.6,and the surface roughness failure rate due to tool damage is reduced from 20%to less than 5%,and the dimensional overshoot caused by stress concentration is greatly reduced,which is of great significance to improve the performance of ORC system.
