安徽省山地大型真菌多样性OA
Macrofungal diversity in the mountainous regions of Anhui Province,East China
安徽省地处中国东部暖温带与亚热带交汇区域,地形复杂、气候多样,孕育了丰富的野生大型真菌资源.为系统掌握该地区的大型真菌多样性格局,本研究对牯牛降、大别山、黄山、马鬃岭等安徽省山地开展了系统调查采样,结合形态学观察与核糖体内转录间隔区(ITS)序列进行物种鉴定与分类统计,共采集标本2 682份,隶属于2门、8纲、25目、95科、280属、922种,其中红菇科 Russulaceae、牛肝菌科 Boletaceae、鹅膏科 Amanitaceae、多孔菌科 Polyporaceae、蘑菇科Agaricaceae、粉褶菌科Entolomataceae等23个科为优势科;红菇属Russula、鹅膏属Amanita、粉褶菌属 Entoloma、乳菇属 Lactarius、小皮伞属 Marasmius、丝盖伞属 Inocybe等 42个属为优势属.资源评价分析显示,食用菌68种、药用菌57种、有毒菌78种、食药兼用菌60种、药毒两用菌24种.区系分析显示,世界广布属、北温带分布属和热带-亚热带分布属为主导成分.本研究系统揭示了安徽省山地大型真菌多样性现状,为区域菌物资源的分类整理、生态保护及产业开发提供了基础数据支撑.
Anhui Province is located in the transitional region between the warm temperate zone and the subtropical zone in eastern China.Its complex terrain and diverse climate have fostered abundant macrofungal resources.Systematic surveys and sampling of macrofungi in Guniujiang,Dabie Mountain,Huangshan,and Mazongling mountainous areas in the province were conducted.Species identification and taxonomic statistics were carried out based on combining morphological characteristics and molecular analysis.A total of 2 682 specimens was collected,belonging to 2 phyla,8 classes,25 orders,95 families,280 genera,and 922 species.Among them,23 families including Russulaceae,Boletaceae,Amanitaceae,Polyporaceae,Agaricaceae,and Entolomataceae are dominant.Dominant genera totaled 42,including Russula,Amanita,Entoloma,Lactarius,Marasmius,and Inocybe.There are 68 species of edible fungi,57 species of medicinal fungi,78 species of poisonous fungi,60 species of edible and medicinal dual-purpose fungi,and 24 species of simultaneously medicinal and toxic fungi.Funga analysis revealed that cosmopolitan genera,northern temperate genera,and tropical-subtropical genera were the dominant components.This study provides fundamental data supporting taxonomic statistics,ecological conservation,and industrial development of regional fungal resources.
