Summary of the best evidence for the management of respiratory symptom clusters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
目的:检索、评估并整合慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人呼吸道症状群管理的最佳证据.方法:系统检索中英文相关数据库及网站中关于慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人呼吸道症状群管理的各类文献,涵盖临床决策、指南、专家共识、证据总结及系统评价.结果:共纳入23篇文献,从呼吸困难、咳嗽、疲乏、口干的管理4个方面汇总出36条证据.结论:该研究提炼出慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人呼吸道症状群管理的最佳证据,可为临床护理工作提供参考.
Objective:To retrieve,evaluate and integrate the best evidence for the management of respiratory symptom clusters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A systematic search was conducted in relevant Chinese and English databases and websites for various literatures on the management of respiratory symptom clusters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,covering clinical decision-making,guidelines,expert consensuses,evidence summaries,and systematic reviews.Results:A total of 23 literatures were included,and 36 pieces of evidence were summarized from four aspects,the management of dyspnea,cough,fatigue and dry mouth.Conclusion:This study has extracted the best evidence for the management of respiratory symptom clusters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can provide a reference basis for clinical nursing work.
