随着畜禽规模化养殖的迅速发展,动物粪便中排放的抗生素引发了一系列环境问题.黑水虻幼虫凭借其独特的肠道微生物组成,不仅可降解抗生素,还能将畜禽粪便转化为自身的蛋白质等.黑水虻虫体中富含的抗菌肽已被证实具有广谱抗菌和免疫调节功能.本文首先阐述了动物粪便中抗生素对环境的危害,随后分别从黑水虻降解粪便中抗生素、黑水虻抗菌肽替代抗生素这两个作用机制展开分析,探讨构建黑水虻幼虫降解粪便中残留的抗生素与黑水虻抗菌肽替代抗生素循环系统的可行性,为利用黑水虻幼虫处理畜禽粪便并实现资源转化提供新思路.

With the rapid development of large-scale livestock and poultry farming,antibiotics discharged in animal manure have caused a series of environmental problems.Hermetia illucens larvae,relying on their unique intestinal microbi-al composition,can not only degrade antibiotics but also convert livestock manure into valuable resources like proteins.The antimicrobial peptides rich in Hermetia illucens have been proved to have broad-spectrum antibacterial and immunomodula-tory functions.This paper first describes the environmental hazards posed by antibiotics in animal manure.It then analyzes two key mechanisms:the degradation of antibiotics in manure by Hermetia illucens larvae,and the potential replacement of conventional antibiotics using antimicrobial peptides derived from Hermetia illucens.Furthermore,the feasibility of construc-ting an integrated system that couples antibiotic degradation with antibiotic substitution is discussed.This work provides new insights for utilizing Hermetia illucens larvae to treat livestock and poultry manure while achieving resource re-covery.
