南京地区稻田福寿螺的发生动态及习性调查与分析OA
Investigation and analysis of the occurrence dynamics and behavioral characteristics of Pomacea canaliculata in paddy fields of Nanjing region
福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)作为恶性入侵物种,已对南京地区水稻生产构成威胁.我们在2022年至2023年期间调查分析了南京市溧水区福寿螺的发生动态、田间产卵偏好及对水稻苗的危害情况.结果表明,灌溉沟渠内,福寿螺在竹片上的产卵量与日最低气温呈正相关;在有茭白种植和插有竹片的稻田内,福寿螺更偏好在竹片上产卵,而不同茭白品种之间福寿螺的产卵数量没有显著差异;此外,相较于田块中心区域,福寿螺倾向于在靠近田埂边的竹片上产卵;尾菜诱集试验结果表明,西瓜或西瓜和番茄的混合物可在田间有效诱集福寿螺.稻田危害评估方面,福寿螺发生田块的进水口区域螺密度最高,成年螺分别达每5 m2 6头和13头,分别导致1/5和1/3的秧苗缺失,而田块中央福寿螺为每5 m2 2头,秧苗缺失数量极少(0~2株).基于上述调查和试验结果,未来福寿螺防治应重点优化诱集(杀)装置设计和布局(田埂或田块角落)、加强田块进水口处福寿螺的监测与隔离,并结合冬春清淤等措施,构建环境友好型综合防治体系.本研究结果为南京地区稻田福寿螺精准防治提供了科学依据.
As a notorious invasive species,Pomacea canaliculata has posed a significant threat to rice production in Nanjing area.From 2022 to 2023,we investigated the occurrence dynamics,oviposition preferences in field conditions,and analyzed the damage to rice seedlings caused by P.canaliculata in Lishui District,Nanjing City.The results showed that,(1)in irrigation ditches,the egg-laying amount of P.canaliculata on bamboo strips was positively correlated with daily minimum temperature.(2)In rice fields with Zizania latifolia cultivation and bamboo strips,P.canaliculata preferentially laid eggs on bamboo strips,and no significant difference in egg quantity was observed among different Z.latifolia varieties.(3)Compared to the center of the field,P.canaliculata tended to lay eggs on bamboo strips near the field ridges.(4)Crop residue attraction experiments demonstrated that watermelon residues or watermelon-tomato mixtures effectively attracted P.canaliculata in fields.Damage assessment revealed the highest P.canaliculata den-sities(6 and 13 adults per five m2)were near paddy inlets,resulting in 1/5 and 1/3 seedling loss,respectively,whereas central areas showed a lower density(two adults per five m2)and negligible seedling damage(0-2 plants).Based on these findings,future management strategies should prioritize optimizing the design and placement of attraction(elimination)de-vices near ridges or field corners,enhancing monitoring and isolation measures at paddy inlets,and integrating winter-spring dredging to establish an eco-friendly integrated management system.This study provides a scientific foundation for precision control of P.canaliculata in Nanjing rice fields.
