论文以百花知识为例设计与构建知识图谱,搭建结合Transformer的全序列卷积神经网络语音识别模型,基于知识图谱和语音识别技术实现花卉的种植信息语音识别智能问答系统.首先,利用爬虫技术获取花的种植信息,然后基于定义的数据结构抽取实体关系属性构建百花知识图谱;然后利用深度全序列卷积神经网络模型进行声学模型建模,在此基础上结合强语言模型Transformer构建语音识别模型;最后在构建好的知识图谱和语音识别模型基础上设计百花知识智能问答系统,定位用户所提问题,通过界面交互为用户提供个性化信息服务.

This paper takes the knowledge of flowers as an example to design and construct the knowledge graph,and builds a full-sequence convolutional neural network speech recognition model combined with Transformer.Based on the knowledge graph and speech recognition technology,the intelligent question and answering system of flower planting information is realized.Firstly,the planting information of flowers is obtained by crawler technology,then the entity,relation and attribute are extracted based on the defined data structure to construct the knowledge graph of flowers.Then,the acoustic model is built by using the deep full se-quence convolutional neural network model,and the speech recognition model is constructed by combining with the strong language model Transformer.Finally,on the basis of the established knowledge graph and speech recognition model,the intelligent question and answering system of flower knowledge is designed to locate the questions raised by users and provide users with personalized in-formation service through interface interaction.
