A Method for Under-screen Pressure Sensitivity Calibration Based on MLS Algorithm

移动手持终端设备(手机、平板电脑)在进行屏下压感测试和校准过程中,由于测试模组自身结构的限制,其无法采集到全部待校准坐标位置的压力变化值.实际测试时,根据模组打点位置坐标的变化,校准系统需要匹配到同位置的校准系数从而通过计算得到测试压力值.论文提出了一种新的大面积屏下压感检测解决方案,基于MLS(Moving Least Squares)算法对模组采集到的节点坐标位置的压力变化值构造的不规则面进行曲面拟合,以得到全屏幕坐标位置的压力变化值.通过数值实验确定了算法中影响半径和权函数的最优选择,数值实验结果满足了校准精度要求,实现了全屏压感校准.

In the process of pressure sensitivity test and calibration under the screen of mobile handheld terminal equipment(mobile phones,tablets),due to the limitation of the structure of the test module itself,variations of the pressure of all the coordi-nate positions to be calibrated cannot be collected.During the actual test,according to the change of the coordinates of the dotted po-sition of the module,the calibration system needs to match the calibration coefficients of the same position to obtain the test pressure value through calculation.This paper proposes a new solution for pressure-sensing detection under large-area screen.Based on the MLS(Moving Least Squares)algorithm,the irregular surface constructed by variations of the pressure of the node coordinate posi-tion collected by the module is used for surface fitting to obtain variations of the pressure at the full screen coordinate position.The optimal selection of the influence radius and weight function in the algorithm is determined through numerical experiments.The nu-merical experiment results meet the calibration accuracy requirements and realize the full-screen pressure-sensing calibration.
