中国职业教育国际化高质量发展既是顺应经济社会发展需要的客观要求,也是实现其自身发展的主动选择.然而,理念转型的滞后、供需匹配的失衡、行政主导的约束分别导致了中国职业教育国际化发展过程中的认知锁定、技术锁定和制度锁定,从而成为中国职业教育国际化发展过程中的三种路径依赖形式.重塑内涵导向的发展理念、构建专业动态适配机制以及推进多元主体协同治理,是中国职业教育国际化高质量发展从"锁定"到"进阶"的未来路向.

The high-quality internationalization of China's vocational education is both an objective requirement to meet the needs of economic and social development and a proactive choice for its own development.However,the lag in conceptual transformation,the imbalance between supply and demand,and the constraints of administrative dominance have led to cognitive,technological,and institutional lock-in in the internationalization process of China's vocational education respectively,becoming three forms of path dependence.Reshaping the development philosophy towards intrinsic value,constructing a dynamic professional adaptation mechanism,and promoting collaborative governance among multiple stakeholders represent the future path for the high-quality internationalization of China's vocational education from lock-in to advancement.
