Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Intelligent Finance Through Interdisciplinary Integration

在数智化深入推进与金融业态加速变革的背景下,金融高质量发展对兼具金融素养与智能技术的复合型人才提出了迫切需求.如何通过学科交叉重塑高校金融人才培养体系,已成为服务金融强国战略和教育高质量发展的关键问题.立足金融学科转型实际,采用政策分析与实践案例研究相结合的方法,剖析当前高校金融人才培养在学科建设、专业设置与课程实施等方面存在的不足,进而提出基于学科交叉的"学科—专业—课程"一体化智能金融人才培养模式.在此基础上,以东南大学经济管理学院智能金融人才培养实践为例,深入阐释依托工科强校背景,通过完善交叉学科体系、优化专业方向布局与创新课程教学模式,推动人工智能与金融教育深度融合的具体路径与实施成效.研究表明,该模式能够有效提升学生的复合知识结构与实践创新能力,为高校系统推进智能金融人才培养、服务金融强国与教育强国建设提供了可复制、可推广的实践范式.

Against the backdrop of deepening digital-intelligence transformation and the rapid evolution of the financial landscape,the high-quality development of finance calls for interdisciplinary talents equipped with both financial literacy and intelligent-technology capabilities.How to reshape the finance talent cultivation system in colleges and universities through interdisciplinary integration has thus become a critical issue for advancing China's ambition to build a strong financial sector and for promoting the high-quality development of higher education.Grounded in the practical needs of disciplinary transformation in finance,this study combines policy analysis with practice-based case study to examine existing shortcomings of finance talent cultivation in colleges and universities,particularly in discipline development,program design,and curriculum implementation.It then proposes an integrated"discipline-program-curriculum"intelligent finance talent cultivation model through interdisciplinary integration.Drawing on the intelligent finance talent cultivation practice at the School of Economics and Management in Southeast University,this paper further elucidates the concrete pathways and implementation outcomes of leveraging the university's strong engineering strengths to improve interdisciplinary discipline systems,optimize program orientations,and innovate curriculum teaching models,thereby promoting the deep integration of artificial intelligence with finance education.The findings indicate that the proposed model effectively enhances students'interdisciplinary knowledge structure and practical innovation capability,offering a replicable and scalable practice framework for colleges and universities to systematically advance intelligent finance talent cultivation in support of building a strong financial sector and a leading education system.
