在全球经济格局深刻重构与数字技术迅猛发展的双重驱动下,传统国际商务专业硕士(MIB)培养模式面临严峻挑战.为响应国家高水平对外开放战略与产业变革对复合型应用人才的迫切需求,提出并系统阐释了"融合创新"培养模式.该模式以能力生成为核心,通过人际融合、产教融合、科教融合与虚实融合四个维度,构建了一个多维协同、动态演进的育人生态系统.深入剖析该模式的内涵框架,并从顶层设计、课程体系、师资队伍、实践平台与评价机制五个方面,提出一套可操作、可推广的系统性实践路径.旨在为新时代MIB教育改革提供理论参考与实践范式,以期培养出能够引领未来全球商业发展的领军人才.

Against the backdrop of profound restructuring in the global economic landscape and the rapid advancement of digital technologies,the traditional Master of International Business(MIB)training model faces significant challenges.In response to China's national strategy of high-standard opening-up and the urgent demand from industrial transformation for interdisciplinary,application-oriented talent,this paper proposes and systematically elaborates an integrated innovation training model.Centered on competency development,this model constructs a multidimensional,synergistic,and dynamically evolving educational ecosystem through four integrative dimensions:interpersonal integration,industry-education integration,science-education integration,and virtual-physical integration.The paper provides an in-depth analysis of the model's conceptual framework and proposes a set of operable,scalable systematic implementation pathways,covering top-level design,curriculum system,faculty development,practical platforms,and evaluation mechanism.This research aims to offer theoretical insights and practical paradigms for MIB education reform in the new era,with the goal of cultivating future leaders capable of steering global business development.
