补肾通痹汤联合针刺治疗冻结肩OA

Objective To investigate the application effect of Bushen Tongbi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 86 patients with frozen shoulder admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were chosen and separated into the control group(n=43,conventional western medicine+acupuncture)and the study group(n=43,Bushen Tongbi decoction+conventional western medicine+acupuncture)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effect,shoulder joint function,pain mediators[substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)]and levels of serum matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),MMP-9,and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)were compared between the two groups.Results The study group had a higher total effective rate(93.02%vs.76.74%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength scores,daily life scores,shoulder motion scores,and pain degree scores were higher in the study group(P<0.05),while the levels of SP,PGE2 and 5-HT were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of MMP-3 was lower in the study group than that in the control group,while the levels of MMP-9 and IGF-1 were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tongbi decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the curative effect in patients with frozen shoulder,reduce the levels of pain mediators and serum MMP-3,and increase the levels of serum MMP-9 and IGF-1.
