基于"正虚余毒"理论探讨肿瘤转移前微环境OA

Tumor metastasis poses a significant challenge in cancer treatment,with its underlying pathogenesis rooted in the interplay of"vital qi deficiency and remnant toxins".The formation of tumor pre-metastatic niche involves four aspects:dysfunction of vital qi resulting in lurking or outbreak of residual toxins,stall of vital qi leading to accumulation and coagulation of remnant toxins,transformation of vital qi into pathogens leading to accumulation and storage of residual toxins,gradual loss of vital qi resulting in remnant toxins permeating through the body.Based on this theory,this paper puts forward strategies for intervening in the pre-metastatic niche:reinforcing vital qi so as to enhance the immunity of the body and to avoid the endogenous generation of remnant toxins;directing vital qi to expel toxins and resolve masses,eliminating heat toxin in tumor microenvironment;transmitting and transforming vital qi,so as to expel toxins from the body and reduce its damage to the body;consolidating and protecting vital qi to prevent the transmission of toxins,so as to protect the unaffected viscera and curb the further spread of cancer toxins.It is proved that traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in this process,providing new ideas and methods for intervening in the pre-metastatic niche of tumors.
