为探究不同土壤相对湿度对果实膨大期欧李生长发育及光合特性的影响,以野生欧李为试验材料,采用盆栽控水处理,于果实成熟期测定其生长发育相关指标、光合参数、叶绿素荧光参数及渗透调节物质含量.结果表明:随着土壤相对湿度的降低,株高、枝条长、单果质量等生长发育相关指标呈先升高后降低的趋势;欧李叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)呈下降趋势;胞间 CO2 浓度(Ci)、叶绿素含量、PSⅡ的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、实际光能转换率(ΦPSⅡ)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量也呈先升高后降低趋势;非光化学猝灭系数(qN)呈先下降后上升的趋势,欧李生长发育及光合特性均受到显著影响.当土壤相对湿度<50%时,欧李植株生长发育及光合特性受到抑制;当土壤相对湿度为50%~60%时,促进欧李植株生长发育及光合特性,此时欧李生长及光合特性最佳,该结论为欧李植株的科学灌溉和推广栽培提供理论依据.

In order to explore the effects of different relative soil moisture at fruit enlargement stage on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Cerasus humilis,the wild Cerasus humilis acces-sion collected were used as materials.The experimental materials at fruit enlargement stage were treated with potted water control,and the growth and development related indexes,photosynthetic pa-rameters,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and osmoregulatory substances content of Cerasus hu-milis were measured during fruit maturity.The results showed that with the decrease of relative soil moisture,the growth and development related indexes such as plant height,branch length and single fruit weight increased first and then decreased.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conduc-tance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)of Cerasus humilis leaves showed a downward trend,the intercel-lular CO2 concentration(Ci),chlorophyll content,maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),ac-tual light energy conversion efficiency(ΦPS Ⅱ),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),and con-tents of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased first and then decreased with the increase of drought stress,the non photochemical quenching coefficient(qN)decreased first and then increased,and the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Cerasus humilis were significantly affected.The relative soil moisture was lower than 50%,and the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Cera-sus humilis were inhibited.The relative soil moisture was 50%-60%,promoting the growth,develop-ment and photosynthetic characteristics of Cerasus humilis.At this time,the growth and photosyn-thetic characteristics of Cerasus humilis were the best.This conclusion provides a theoretical basis for scientific irrigation and popularization of Cerasus humilis.
