Recruitment Strategies and Potential Mechanisms of Root Exudates of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials for Beneficial Microor-ganisms
根系是中药材感知和抵御逆境的重要器官,微生物为土壤中物质转化提供动力,其中根系分泌物作为二者的沟通物质,会影响中药材的生长和发育.中药材生长过程中会面临一系列的生物和非生物胁迫,逆境下中药材能通过释放根系分泌物等途径招募有益微生物,增强自身的抗病能力和对逆境的适应能力.综述了逆境条件下中药材根系对有益微生物招募的生态效益及其潜在机制,阐释"根系分泌物-土壤微生物-次生代谢产物"路径的调控途径及内在驱动力,以期为中药材的生态种植提供科学依据.
Root systems are the primary organs for traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMM)to perceive and resist adverse environments,while microorganisms provide energy for material trans-formation in soil.Root exudates serve as communication substances between these two parties and in-fluence the growth and development of TCMM.During the growth process,TCMM face a series of bi-otic and abiotic stresses.Under adverse conditions,they can recruit beneficial microorganisms by re-leasing root exudates and other pathways,thereby enhancing their disease resistance and adaptability to stress.The recruitment strategies and potential mechanisms of TCMM roots for beneficial microor-ganisms were summarized under stress conditions,and the regulatory pathways and intrinsic driving forces of the"root exudates-soil microbes-secondary metabolites"pathway was uncovered,aiming to provide a scientific basis for ecological cultivation of TCMM.
