目的:探讨同伴关系对大学生亲社会行为的影响机制及其作用路径.方法:采用同伴关系量表、亲社会倾向量表、积极心理资本量表和体力活动量表对湖南科技大学和河南师范大学的本科生进行问卷调查,共获得有效样本467份.结果:同伴关系对大学生亲社会行为具有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.583,P<0.001);体力活动在其中发挥部分中介作用(β=0.480,P<0.001),中介效应占比21.50%;心理资本在其中的中介作用更为显著(β=0.709,P<0.001),中介效应占比48.31%;同时,体力活动与心理资本在同伴关系影响亲社会行为的路径中构成链式中介作用,链式中介效应占比7.97%.结论:同伴关系不仅直接影响大学生亲社会行为,也能够通过促进大学生积极参与体力活动,进而提升其心理资本,从而促进亲社会行为的产生.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of peer relationship's influence on college students' pro-social be-haviors and its path of action.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on undergraduates of Hunan Universi-ty of Science and Technology and Henan Normal University using the Peer Relationship Scale,Pro-Social Tendency Scale,Positive Mental Capital Scale and Physical Activity Scale,and a total of 467 valid samples were obtained.Re-sults:Peer relationship had a significantly positive predictive effect on college students' pro-social behavior(β=0.583,P<0.001);Physical activity played a partially mediating role in it(β=0.480,P<0.001),with the mediating effect accounting for 21.50%;Psychological capital had a more significant mediating role in it(β=0.709,P<0.001),with the mediating effect accounting for48.31%;At the same time,physical activity and psychological capital consti-tuted a chain mediating role in the path of peer relationships affecting pro-social behavior,with the chain mediating effect accounting for 7.97%.Conclusion:Peer relationship not only directly affects the pro-social behavior of college students,but also promotes the generation of pro-social behavior by facilitating college students' active participation in physical activities,which in turn enhances their psychological capital.
