正念注意—接纳的情绪管理对学龄期支原体肺炎患儿症状改善及负性情绪的影响OA
Influence of mindfulness attention—acceptance emotional management on symptom improvement and negative emotions in school—age children with mycoplasma pneumonia
目的:分析正念注意-接纳的情绪管理对学龄期支原体肺炎患儿症状改善及负性情绪的影响.方法:纳入2023年1月-2025年1月收治的98例支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和干预组各49例,对照组采用常规干预,干预组在其基础上采用正念注意-接纳的情绪管理干预,两组均干预2周.比较两组患儿症状改善时间(退热、气促消失、肺部湿啰音消退).比较两组干预前后医疗恐惧情绪(医疗恐惧情绪问卷)、抑郁情绪[儿童抑郁量表(CDI)]、焦虑情绪[儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)].比较两组患儿干预期间遵医行为和家属满意度[纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)].结果:两组间比较,干预组患儿退热、气促消失、肺部湿啰音消退时间更短(t=-3.257,-3.001,-2.815;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.干预后,两组患儿医疗恐惧情绪问卷评分、CDI、SCARED评分均降低,且干预组更低(t=-11.020,-9.324,-7.830;P<0.001),差异有统计学意义.组间比较,干预组总依从率、NSNS评分更高(x2=7.184,P<0.001;t=5.551,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义.结论:正念注意-接纳的情绪管理干预学龄期支原体肺炎患儿可促进其症状改善,减轻其负性情绪,有利于提高患儿总依从率和家属满意度.
Objective:To analyze the influence of mindfulness attention-acceptance emotional management on symptom improvement and negative emotion in school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:A total of 98 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted from January 2023 to January 2025 were included and random-ized into control group and intervention group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine inter-vention,whereas the intervention group was treated with mindfulness attention-acceptance emotional management intervention on this basis.Both groups were intervened for2weeks.The symptom improvement time(fever abatement,disappearance of shortness of breath,lung moist rale subsidence),medical fear(medical fearquestionnaire),depres-sion[Children's Depression Inventory(CDI)]and anxiety[Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)]before and after intervention as well as compliance behavior and family satisfaction[Newcastle Satisfac-tion with Nursing Scale(NSNS)]during interventionwere compared between both groups.Results:The fever abate-ment time,disappearance time of shortness of breath and lung moist rale subsidence time in the intervention group were shorter(t=-3.257,-3.001,-2.815;P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of medical fear questionnaire,CDI and SCARED in the two groups were decreased,and the scores were lower in the intervention group(t=-11.020,-9.324,-7.830;P<0.001).The intervention group had higher total compliance rate and NSNS score(x2=7.184,P<0.001;t=5.551,P<0.001).Conclusion:Mindfulness attention-acceptance emotional management intervention for school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia can promote the symptomimprovement,relieve the negative emo-tions,and help to enhance the total compliance rate of children and family satisfaction.
