组织技能训练对注意缺陷多动障碍学龄期儿童干预效果OA
Evaluation of the intervention effect of organizational skills training on school—age children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
目的:探究组织技能训练(OST)对学龄期注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童症状与功能的干预效果,探索OST在我国本土化应用的有效性和可行性.方法:采用自身前后对照设计,便利抽样选取2023年8-12月某妇儿医院心理卫生科确诊的12名ADHD儿童为研究对象,实施为期10周,共20节课的OST训练.采用执行功能行为评定量表第二版(BRIEF-2)、注意缺陷多动障碍评定量表(SNAP-Ⅳ)和家长压力问卷(PSQ)评估干预前后功能、症状与家长压力变化.结果:干预后,BRIEF-2量表的总分显著下降(t=3.99,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,其中转换维度(Z=-2.06,P<0.05)、情绪控制、启动、计划/组织、材料组织、认知调节与情绪调节维度(t=2.50~4.17,P<0.05)评分均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义;SNAP-Ⅳ量表总分及注意缺陷维度均显著下降(t=4.50,4.87;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.PSQ总分也显示出显著下降(t=4.56,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论:组织技能训练可显著改善ADHD学龄期儿童的组织技能和注意缺陷,并能够缓解家长的压力水平.
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of organizational skills training(OST)in improving symptoms and functional outcomes among school-aged children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),and to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of its localized implementation in China.Methods:A single-group pre-post design was adopted.Twelve children diagnosed with ADHD at the Department of Child Mental Health,Affiliated Women and Children's Hospital of Qingdao University,between August and December 2023,were recruited by con-venience sampling.All participants received 20 OST sessions over 10 weeks(twice weekly).Changes in executive function,ADHD symptoms,and parental stress were assessed using the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function,Second Edition(BRIEF-2),the Swanson,Nolan,and Pelham Rating Scale(SNAP-Ⅳ),and the Parenting Stress Questionnaire(PSQ),respectively.Results:After intervention,the total BRIEF-2 score significantly decreased(t=3.99,P<0.05).Significant improvements were observed in the shift domain(Z=-2.06,P<0.05),as well as in emotional control,initiation,planning/organization,materials organization,cognitive regulation,and emotional regula-tion(t=2.50-4.17,P<0.05).The SNAP-Ⅳ total score and inattention subscale also showed significant reduc-tions(t=4.50,4.87;P<0.05).The total PSQ score significantly decreased,indicating reduced parenting stress(t=4.56,P<0.05).Conclusion:Organizational skills training can effectively improve organizational abilities and attention in school-aged children with ADHD,while also alleviating parental stress,suggesting its practical value and poten-tial for broader application.
