短毛黑色水貂与山东黑褐色标准水貂繁殖性能比较OA
Comparative Study on Reproductive Performance of American Blackglam Mink and Shandong Black Standard Mink
为比较短毛黑色水貂与山东黑褐色标准水貂的繁殖性能,分别测定2个品种公貂和母貂的主要繁殖性能指标.结果表明:短毛黑色水貂的公貂利用率、公貂交配次数、公母交配比例分别为90.77%,11±1,1.0∶4.1,山东黑褐色标准水貂分别为90.00%,10±1,1.0∶4.2,2个品种间无显著差异(P>0.05);短毛黑色水貂母貂妊娠时间极显著短于山东黑褐色标准水貂(P<0.01),窝产活仔率极显著高于山东黑褐色标准水貂(P<0.01);初生窝重、仔貂初生重、窝产仔总数和取皮时幼貂成活率均显著低于山东黑褐色标准水貂(P<0.05);2个品种的母貂受配率、母貂产仔率、窝产活仔数等指标无显著差异(P>0.05).说明短毛黑色水貂在母貂妊娠时间和窝产活仔率方面优于山东黑褐色标准水貂,而在初生窝重、仔貂初生重、窝产仔总数、取皮时幼貂成活率方面表现较差.研究结果为2个品种水貂繁殖性能评价标准的建立提供理论支持.
This study aimed to compare the reproductive performance of American Blackglam mink with that of Shandong Black Standard mink,and to provide theoretical support for the establishment of evaluation standards for the reproductive performance of both breeds.The results were as follows:there were no significant differences(P>0.05)in the utilization rate,mating frequency,and mating ratio of male minks between the two breeds,with American Blackglam minks at 90.77%,11±1 times,and a ratio of 1∶4.1,and Shandong Black Standard minks at 90.00%,10±1 times,and a ratio of 1∶4.2;the gestation period rate of female American Blackglam mink were significantly lower than that of Shandong Black Standard mink(P<0.01),and the litter survival rate was significantly higher than that of Shandong Black Standard mink(P<0.01).The initial litter weight,offspring birth weight,total number of offspring per litter,and survival rate of juvenile minks during the time of skinning were all significantly lower(P<0.05)than those of Shandong Black Standard minks.Other reproductive performance indicators such as the mating rate,litter size,and number of live offspring per litter showed no significant differences(P>0.05)between the two breeds.It was concluded that American Blackglam minks outperformed Shandong Black Standard minks in terms of gestation period and litter survival rate of females,but underperformed in terms of litter weight,offspring birth weight,total number of offspring per litter,and survival rate of juvenile minks during the time of skinning.The research results provided theoretical support for the establishment of breeding performance evaluation criteria for the two varieties of mink.
