燃煤电厂生物质掺烧特性与结焦研究现状OA

Research status on biomass blending characteristics and ash formation in coal-fired power plants

为探究生物质掺烧对燃煤机组运行及结焦腐蚀的影响,通过文献综述与工业分析相结合的方法,总结常见农业与工业原料特性,分析生物质燃烧的结焦机理及抑制措施.结果表明,农业原料及枯枝落叶热值较高,工业原料热值较低但仍具利用价值;碱金属、氯元素及硫元素是导致结焦腐蚀的主要因素;添加氧化物或碱性物质可有效缓解结焦.建议未来重点开展高比例掺烧、低负荷运行稳定性及预处理提质等研究,为燃煤电厂大规模生物质掺烧技术提供参考.

To investigate the impact of biomass blending on the operation and coking corrosion of coal-fired power plants,a method combining literature review and industrial analysis is adopted to summarize the characteristics of common agricultural and industrial raw materials,and to analyze the coking mechanism and inhibition measures of biomass blending.The results show that agricultural raw materials and fallen branches and leaves have higher calorific value,while industrial raw materials have lower calorific value but still have utilization value.Alkali metals,chlorine elements and sulfur elements are the main factors causing coking corrosion.Adding oxides or alkaline substances can effectively alleviate coking.It is suggested that future research should focus on high proportion blending,stability of low-load operation and pre-treatment for quality improvement,in order to provide a reference for large-scale biomass co-firing technology in coal-fired power plants.
