针对传统的污水处理厂电气控制方法依赖于固定的污水处理工艺参数、难以应对复杂多变的污水水质和运行工况而导致能耗较高的问题,提出人工智能(AI)技术应用下污水处理厂集成式污水处理电气节能控制方法.基于污水处理厂待处理的污水水质数据,应用AI技术预测集成式污水处理工艺参数;引入比例-积分-微分(PID)控制算法,根据预测的目标污水处理工艺参数和实际监测参数之间的误差信号,生成相应的控制信号;调节污水处理设备运行参数,使实际集成式污水处理工艺参数始终接近目标值,避免污水处理流程中的电能消耗,实现污水处理厂集成式污水处理电气节能控制.结果表明,该设计方法具有良好的污水处理厂集成式污水处理电气节能控制效果,具有可靠性.

In response to the problem that the traditional electrical control methods of wastewater treatment plants rely on fixed wastewater treatment process parameters and are difficult to cope with the complex and variable wastewater quality and operating conditions,resulting in high energy consumption,an integrated wastewater treatment electrical energy-saving control method for wastewater treatment plants under the application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology is proposed.Based on the wastewater quality data to be treated in the wastewater treatment plant,the AI technology is applied to predict the integrated wastewater treatment process parameters.The proportional-integral-differential(PID)control algorithm is introduced,and according to the error signal between the predicted target wastewater treatment process parameters and the actual monitored parameters,the corresponding control signals are generated.The operating parameters of the wastewater treatment equipment are adjusted to make the actual integrated wastewater treatment process parameters always approach the target value,avoiding the electricity consumption in the wastewater treatment process,and achieving the integrated wastewater treatment electrical energy-saving control of the wastewater treatment plant.The results show that the design method has a good effect of integrated wastewater treatment electrical energy-saving control for wastewater treatment plants and is reliable.
