Analysis of the Impact of Pre-treatment Process on Structural Safety during Blasting Demolition of a Highway Overpass Bridge
拆除爆破施工中常面临钻孔后的待拆结构物稳定性问题.在跨线天桥的爆破拆除钻孔施工过程中一般要求下穿线路交通不能中断,其稳定性研究非常重要.结合国内某高速跨线天桥拆除爆破实例,通过MIDAS有限元软件计算分析了拱肋、斜撑及桥面位置钻孔预处理后其承载力能否满足外载荷承载要求.结果表明,拱肋、斜撑及桥面考虑爆破切口削弱后,在最不利荷载组合下,承载极限状态验算最小富裕值分别为 33.4%、69.2%和 7.0%,满足承载要求,可供类似工程参考.
Ensuring the stability of the structure after pre-borehole drilling is a common challenge in controlled blasting demolition.This is particularly crucial for overpass bridge demolition,where traffic flow on the underlying roads typically must remain uninterrupted during drilling operations.Therefore,investigating the stability of pre-weakened structures is of significant importance.Based on a case of highway overpass bridge demolition in China,this study employed the finite element software MIDAS to analyze whether the bearing capacity of pre-drilled arch ribs,diagonal braces,and deck positions could satisfy the external load requirements.The results showed that after considering the structural weakening caused by the blast-induced cuts at these respective locations,the minimum safety margin under the most unfavorable load combination during ultimate limit state verification was 33.4%,69.2%,and 7.0%,respectively.These values confirm that the bearing capacity requirements were met.The safety impact analysis conducted helped ensure the successful completion of the bridge blasting demolition.The findings can serve as a valuable reference for similar engineering projects.
