神经元区室化线粒体生物发生机制的研究进展OA
Advances in the mechanism of neuronal compartmentalized mitochondrial biogenesis
神经元区室化线粒体生物发生是一个复杂而精细的生物学过程,涉及线粒体在神经元不同区室(如胞体、轴突和突触)的动态生成.线粒体作为神经元的能量工厂和代谢中心,其生物发生过程受到严格的时空调控,以满足神经元不同功能区室的能量需求和信号传递.近年来的研究显示,线粒体生物发生与神经元的存活、神经突可塑性及部分神经系统疾病的发病机制密切相关.通过调控区室化线粒体生物发生的关键信号通路,可以改善神经元的能量代谢和功能,为神经系统疾病的治疗提供潜在的干预策略.本文综述了在神经元胞体、轴突中线粒体生物发生的机制及其在多种神经系统疾病中作用的相关研究进展.
Neuronal compartmentalized mitochondrial biogenesis is a complex and precise biological process that involves the dynamic generation of mitochondria in different neuronal compartments,such as soma,axons,and synapses.As the"power plants"and metabolic hubs of neurons,mitochondria require their biogenesis to be strictly regulated in a spatiotemporal manner to meet the energy demands and signal transmission needs of neurons in different functional compartments.In recent years,studies have shown that mitochondrial biogenesis is closely related to neuronal survival,neurite plasticity,and the pathogenesis of several neurological diseases.Modulating key signaling pathways governing compartmentalized mitochondrial biogenesis may improve neuronal energy metabolism and function,thereby offering promising intervention strategies for the treatment of neurological diseases.This review summarizes the research progress on mitochondrial biogenesis in soma and axons of neuron,and its role in neurological diseases.
