基于"焠刺取痹"理论运用火针治疗足底筋膜炎验案二则OA

足底筋膜炎是临床足踝外科、康复科及骨伤科常见病,属中医学"筋痹""筋伤"范畴,主要表现为足跟疼痛,严重影响患者生活质量.火针疗法基于"焠刺取痹"理论,借温热之力,具以热祛寒、破瘀、助阳等功效.本文介绍刘伟教授运用火针治疗足底筋膜炎验案二则,为临床诊疗提供参考.
Plantar fasciitis is a common clinical disease in the departments of foot and ankle surgery,rehabilitation,and traumatology,falling into the categories of"tendon Bi"and"tendon injury"in traditional Chinese medicine.It is mainly characterized by heel pain,severely affecting patients'quality of life.Based on the theory of"heated needling to eliminate Bi",fire needling leverages the thermal force,having the effects of dispelling cold with heat,resolving blood stasis,and assisting Yang.Two cases of Professor LIU Wei in treating plantar fasciitis with fire needling were introduced in this paper to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
