"老十针"针刺联合放血疗法治疗成人混合型过敏性紫癜验案1则OA

This article reports a case of acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy for an adult patient with recurrent mixed Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).The patient was a 38-year-old woman with a disease course of more than 10 years,and multiple drug treatments had been ineffective.Chief Physician YE Qingjing adopted acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy.Under guidance by the principle of invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi to control blood and promoting blood circulation to purge heat,the ten core acupoints("Laoshizhen"):Shangwan(CV3),Zhongwan(CV12),Xiawan(CV10),Qihai(CV6),bilateral Tianshu(ST25)and bilateral Zusanli(ST36)were selected to regulate the spleen and stomach.In addition,Xuehai(SP10)and Quchi(LI11)were used to regulate Qi and blood,and Taixi(KI3)was used to nourish the kidney Yin.At the same time,Feishu(BL13)and Pishu(BL20)were selected for bloodletting treatment according to the patient's condition.After continuous treatment,the frequency of the patient's purpura attacks gradually decreased and the symptoms were significantly alleviated.The ecchymoses and petechiae disappeared spontaneously when there was no attack.Follow-up showed that the patient had occasional attacks,which,however,were mild and did not affect normal work and life.This article not only demonstrates the significant efficacy of acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy in the treatment of HSP in adults but also deeply explores the theoretical basis,operation points,and clinical application value of this therapy,providing new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of HSP in adults.
