基于养阴止血法论治免疫失衡性肾性血尿OA

Renal hematuria is a clinical symptom characterized by the presence of microscopic or gross hematuria resulting from erythrocyte egress across the physiological barriers into the urine,consequent to injury of the renal filtration barrier or damage to the renal interstitial vasculature.Immune imbalance involving the lungs,kidneys,and intestinal mucosa,which triggers oxidative stress and mucosal injury,may represent an underlying pathogenic mechanism.This study discussed its pathogenesis from three dimensions:deficiency of both Qi and Yin,deficiency-heat injuring collaterals,and blood stasis-toxin obstruction.Adopting the therapeutic principle of Yin-nourishing and hemostasis,the treatment was centered on the Yin-nourishing and hemostatic prescription.The therapeutic rationale was guided by the approach of"supplementing Qi and Yin,clearing deficiency-heat"to improve oxidative stress and"resolving blood stasis,eliminating stasis-toxin"to repair mucosal damage.This study provides clinical insights for the treatment of renal hematuria with traditional Chinese medicine and is presented for reference among peers.
