袁雪晶教授从"六郁"理论诊治儿童抽动障碍经验OA
Professor YUAN Xuejing's Experience in Treating Tic Disorder in Children Based on Theory of"Six Depressions"
儿童抽动障碍是临床上常见的儿童神经发育行为性疾病,其症状多变,易于反复,严重影响患儿的学习及日常生活.袁雪晶教授将本病病机概括为肝风内动、兼夹六郁,治疗以平肝息风为关键,疏解六郁为基础,最终达到阴阳调和.本文总结袁教授诊治儿童抽动障碍的临床经验,并附验案一则,以期为临床诊疗提供参考.
Tic disorder in children is a common neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorder in pediatrics.Its variable and recurrent symptoms seriously affect children's learning and daily life.Professor YUAN Xuejing summarized the pathogenesis of this disease as internal stirring of liver wind combined with"six depressions".The key to treating tic disorder in children is to pacify liver and extinguish wind,to alleviate six depressions,and to achieve Yin-Yang harmony.This article summarizes Professor YUAN Xuejing's clinical experience in treating tic disorder in children and shares a case to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
