Research Progress on Animal Sex Control Technology
性别控制对于畜牧业高质量发展具有重要意义,现已成为动物生产领域关注的热点之一.根据干预阶段可以将性别控制技术分为3个部分:受精前的性别控制(如基因编辑、精子分离技术);受精过程中的性别控制(调控受精环境);受精后的性别控制(如早期胚胎性别鉴定).该文在梳理性别控制技术发展历程的基础上,结合当前性别控制的研究进展,对不同方法优缺点进行比较分析,旨在为动物遗传育种和繁殖领域的科研人员提供参考.
Sex control is of great significance for the high-quality development of animal husbandry and has now become one of the hotspots of concern in the field of animal production.Sex control techniques can be classified into three parts based on the intervention stage:Sex control before fertilization(such as gene editing and sperm separation techniques);Sex control during fertilization(regulating the fertilization envi-ronment);Post-fertilization sex control(such as early embryo sex identification).Based on a review of its development process and in combination with the current research progress of sex control,this article con-ducts a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,aiming to provide references for researchers in the field of animal genetics,breeding and reproduction.
