该试验旨在探究三江源地区野生肉果草资源表型性状多样性,了解其表型分化程度及居群变异特征,充分发掘肉果草野生资源,有针对性提取内含物,以期为选育药用价值高的优良品种提供研究数据.对三江源地区6个主要且具代表性的肉果草居群的14个表型性状进行差异性和主成分分析,同时对其表型性状与生境因子进行相关性分析.结果表明,不同肉果草居群间表型性状存在丰富变异且差异性不同,14个性状群体间变异系数为1.80%~33.30%.其中,叶宽、叶厚和根系数量变异系数最大,分别为33.30%、31.60%、30.90%.相关性分析表明,除花萼长和根茎比之外的12个表型性状之间均存在显著相关关系(P<0.05).生境因子对株高影响显著,纬度与叶长、叶厚、叶宽呈显著负相关(P<0.05),其相关系数分别为-0.870、-0.833和-0.902;土壤电导率与根系数量、种子纵径、花萼长、果实纵径呈显著负相关(P<0.05),其相关系数分别为-0.841、-0.868、-0.888和-0.851.前2个主成分累计贡献率高达74.288%,可直观反映肉果草表型性状遗传信息.因此,三江源地区肉果草表型变异巨大,开发利用潜力广阔,该研究为肉果草种质资源的开发利用提供了理论基础.

This study aimed to investigate the phenotypic trait diversity of wild Lancea tibetica re-sources in the Three-River-Source(Sanjiangyuan)Region,analyze the degree of phenotypic differentiation and population variation characteristics,fully explore its wild resources,and extract its intrinsic compo-nents in a targeted manner,so as to provide research data for breeding high-medicinal-value varieties.Dif-ferential and principal component analyses were conducted on 14 phenotypic traits of 6 major and repre-sentative Lancea tibetica populations in the Three-River-Source Region,along with correlation analysis be-tween phenotypic traits and habitat factors.The results showed rich phenotypic variation and different lev-els of differentiation among the populations,with inter-population coefficients of variation ranging from 1.80%to 33.30%for the 14 traits.Leaf width,leaf thickness,and root number exhibited the highest coef-ficients of variation,at 33.30%,31.60%,and 30.90%,respectively.Correlation analysis indicated that significant correlations(P<0.05)existed among 12 of the phenotypic traits,except for sepal length and root-shoot ratio.Habitat factors significantly influenced plant height,while latitude showed significant negative correlations with leaf length,leaf thickness,and leaf width(P<0.05),with correlation coeffi-cients of-0.870,-0.833,and-0.902,respectively.Soil electrical conductivity was significantly nega-tively correlated with root number,seed longitudinal diameter,sepal length,and fruit longitudinal diame-ter(P<0.05),with correlation coefficients of--0.841,-0.868,-0.888,and-0.851,respectively.The first two principal components accounted for 74.288%of the total variance,effectively reflecting the genet-ic information of the phenotypic traits.In conclusion,Lancea tibetica in the Three-River-Source Region exhibits substantial phenotypic variation and holds broad potential for development and utilization.This study provides a theoretical foundation for the exploitation and use of Lancea tibetica germplasm re-sources.
