全基因组关联分析(GWAS)与代谢物全基因组关联分析(mGWAS)是解析动植物复杂性状遗传基础的重要方法,近年来在畜禽育种研究中展现出广泛应用价值.GWAS通过关联全基因组单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与目标性状,挖掘影响畜禽经济性状的关键基因和位点;mGWAS则以代谢物为表型,从代谢层面揭示性状形成的分子调控机制,弥补传统GWAS在精细表型刻画方面的不足.该文系统综述了 GWAS与mGWAS在牛、羊、猪、禽等重要畜禽遗传育种中的研究进展,包括其在产奶性能、肉质性状、饲料效率、毛色、繁殖性能等多方面的应用成果,并展望了其在多组学整合与精准育种中的发展前景,以期为畜禽遗传改良提供理论依据和方法参考.

Genome-wide association study(GWAS)and metabolome-wide association study(mGWAS)are crucial methods for dissecting the genetic basis of complex traits in animals and plants,and have dem-onstrated extensive application value in livestock and poultry breeding research in recent years.GWAS links single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)across the entire genome with target traits,identifying key genes and loci that influence economic traits in livestock and poultry.mGWAS,on the other hand,uses metabolites as phenotypes to reveal the molecular regulatory mechanisms underlying trait formation from a metabolic perspective,compensating for the deficiencies of traditional GWAS in fine phenotypic character-ization.This article systematically reviews the research progress of GWAS and mGWAS in the genetic breeding of important livestock and poultry species such as cattle,sheep,pigs,and birds,including their application achievements in various aspects such as milk production performance,meat quality traits,feed efficiency,coat color,and reproductive performance.It also anticipates their development prospects in multi-omics integration and precision breeding,aiming to provide theoretical basis and methodological ref-erences for livestock and poultry genetic improvement.
