水利工程区滑坡风险源及其卫星遥感表征规则研究OA
Characterization rules for landslide hazard sources with satellite remote sensing in hydraulic engineering impact zones
水利工程是利国利民的重要基础设施,但大多所处地理环境复杂,库区滑坡是影响其安全运行的隐患之一,普遍存在对库区危害大但监测困难的问题.本文在分析水利工程区滑坡风险源的地理条件、演化特性和时空分布的基础上,探索建立滑坡风险源特征与卫星遥感参量之间的映射关系,提出并构建了库区滑坡在光谱反射率、几何形态、地形、纹理、形变量等遥感指标中的表征规则.以表征规则为基础,本文提出了多特征联合决策与随机森林结合的滑坡自动化识别方法,引入多种遥感特征实现大弯子区域滑坡的自动化准确识别,识别准确率达到89%.实验结果表明,本文所建立的滑坡风险源卫星遥感表征规则能够为滑坡遥感识别提供可靠的技术支持,并在地形复杂区或地面设备有限的库区滑坡监测中具有广泛应用潜力.
Hydraulic engineering projects are important infrastructures for the benefit of both the country and people.However,but most of them are located in complex geographic environments.Landslides in reservoir areas are one of the hidden dangers affecting their safe operation and are difficult to monitor.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the geographic conditions,evolutionary characteristics and spatiotemporal distribution of landslide risk sources in hydraulic engineering impact zones,we explore the establishment of the mapping relationship between landslide risk source characteristics and satellite remote sensing parameters,and construct the characterization rules of landslides in reservoir areas with remote sensing indicators such as spectral reflectance,geometric morphology,topography,texture,and morphometric variables.Based on the characterization rules,this paper proposes an automated landslide identification method combining multi-feature joint decision-making and random forest,and introduces a variety of remote sensing features to realize the automated and accurate identification of landslides in the Dawanzi area,and the identification accuracy rate reaches 88.24%.The experimental results show that the satellite remote sensing characterization rules for landslide risk sources established in this paper can provide reliable technical support for landslide remote sensing identification,and have the potential to be widely applied in landslide monitoring in reservoir areas with complex terrain areas or limited ground equipment.
