为准确辨识载流管路线谱激励载荷类型,从振动理论模型出发,推导了离散谱和连续谱激励下管路振动响应相关函数的概率分布特性,提出了一种辨识管路振动线谱是由离散谱或连续谱载荷激发的新方法.该方法利用变分模态分解技术将多频线谱振动响应自相关函数分解为单频本征模态函数,并获取其概率分布特性.利用不同载荷激励下振动响应自相关函数的概率分布差异,运用相关分析方法精准识别各振动线谱的激励载荷类型.该方法仅依赖实测振动响应数据,具有高效、可靠的特点.通过泵源激励下U形载流管路的数值和试验模型验证了本文方法的有效性,结果表明本文方法能够准确辨识不少于5个振动线谱激励载荷类型.

To accurately identify the excitation load types of line-spectrum,starting from the vibration theoretical model,the probability distribution characteristics of the correlation functions of pipeline vibration responses under discrete-spectrum and continuous-spectrum excitations were derived,and a new method for identifying whether pipeline vibration line spectra were excited by discrete-spectrum or continuous-spectrum loads was proposed.This method utilized the variational mode decomposition(VMD)technology to decompose the autocorrelation function of multi-frequency line-spectrum vibration responses into single-frequency intrinsic mode functions,and their probability distribution characteristics were obtained.By leveraging the differences in probability distributions of vibration response autocorrelation functions under different load excitations,correlation analysis methods were employed to accurately identify the excitation load type of each vibration line spectrum.This method relied solely on measured vibration response data,and was characterized by high efficiency and reliability.The effectiveness of the method proposed was demonstrated through an experimental model of a U-shaped pipe conveying fluid under pump excitation.Results show that this method can accurately identify no less than five types of vibration line spectrum excitation loads.
