基于改进平衡优化算法的LDPC多参数译码算法OA
Multi-parameter LDPC decoding algorithm based on the improved equilibrium optimizer
为了优化低密度奇偶校验(LDPC)译码参数,提出了一种基于改进平衡优化算法(EO)的多参数联合优化LDPC译码框架,命名为改进EO优化-多参数译码算法(IEO-MPDA).该框架通过结合分层归一化最小和算法(LNMSA)与分层偏移最小和算法(LOMSA),将参数搜索空间从一维扩展至二维,从而提高了参数优化的自由度.此外,通过引入自适应停滞检测机制、动态指数加权平衡池构建、精英个体交叉变异操作及拉丁超立方初始化方法,有效克服了传统EO算法在解决译码参数优化问题时易陷入局部最优的问题.仿真结果表明:IEO-MPDA的译码性能在不增加译码复杂度的前提下较现有传统方法优约0.2 dB.
Low-density parity-check(LDPC)codes have emerged as a prominent research focus in the field of information and coding theory due to their exceptional error correction performance,which approaches the Shannon limit.To optimize the parameters of the LDPC decoding algorithm,an improved multi-parameter joint optimization framework for LDPC decoding based on the enhanced equilibrium optimizer(IEO)was proposed,denoted as improved EO optimized multi parameters decoding(IEO-MPDA)algorithm.The framework was developed by integrating the layered normalized min-sum algorithm(LNMSA)with the layered offset min-sum algorithm(LOMSA),effectively expanding the parameter search space from one-dimensional to two-dimensional and thereby increasing the degrees of freedom in parameter optimization.Furthermore,an adaptive stagnation detection mechanism,dynamic exponential weighted balance pool construction,elite individual crossover and mutation operations,and Latin hypercube initialization method were introduced,successfully addressing the issue of traditional EO algorithms tending to converge to local optima when solving decoding parameter optimization problems.Simulation results demonstrate that IEO-MPDA achieves superior decoding performance improvement of approximately 0.2 dB compared to existing traditional parameter decoding optimization schemes,without incurring additional decoding complexity.
