我国近海全氟化合物分布特征及风险评估研究进展OA

Research progress on the distribution characteristics and risk assessment of perfluorinated compounds in offshore China

全氟化合物(PFCs)是备受关注的新污染物,具有环境持久性、生物累积性等特点.海洋作为陆地污染物最大的"汇",其PFCs污染状况不容忽视.综述了近年来我国近岸海域水体、海洋沉积物、海洋生物中PFCs的研究现状,PFCs在海水、沉积物中均呈现北高南低的分布规律;PFCs在海洋生物中的地域差异性小,物种差异性大,且在同物种不同生物组织间的含量差异较大.因缺乏海洋生物相关毒理学数据,现阶段无法用熵值法对我国近海典型PFCs的生态风险进行评估.目前,我国海洋中PFCs的研究主要集中在传统的全氟辛酸(PFOA)、全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)等,随着PFOA、PFOS等传统全氟化合物被限用,传统全氟化合物的替代品在环境中的含量不容忽视,然而,目前对其替代品的研究尚很少见.现有研究主要集中在海洋环境各介质中PFCs浓度的测定,对PFCs在海洋中的环境行为特征和对海洋生物的毒性效应研究较少见.今后应加强对典型PFCs及其替代品在环境中迁移转化规律、生态毒性效应等的研究,以期为评估其生态风险以及保护我国海洋环境健康和人群健康提供依据.

Perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)have become new pollutants of great concern due to their environmental persistence and bioaccumulation.Through a systematic review of the concentration characteristics of PFCs in seawater,sediment and marine organisms in China's coastal waters in recent years,it is found that PFCs in seawater and sediments show a distribution of north high and south low;PFCs detected in marine organisms show small regional content differences but large inter-species content differences,and PFCs detection content between different biological tissues of the same species is different.Due to the lack of biotoxicological data related to marine organisms,it is impossible to obtain the predicted ineffective concentration,and the ecological risk of typical PFCs in China's offshore waters can not be assessed by the entropy method.At present,China's research on PFCs in the ocean is mainly concentrated in traditional research types,like perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA),perfluorooctanesulfonic acid(PFOS)and other substances,with the international restriction of some perfluorinated compounds,the content of their substitutes in the environment can not be ignored,but there is very little research on substitutes.In addition,the existing research mainly focuses on the determination of PFCs concentrations in various media in the marine environment,and there are few studies on the environmental behavior characteristics of PFCs in the ocean and the toxic effects on marine organisms.In the future,research should be strengthened on the distribution and transformation patterns of typical PFCs and their alternatives in the environment,as well as their ecological toxicity effects,to provide a basis for assessing their ecological risks and protecting the health of China's marine environment.
