香螺成体和8月龄幼螺形态性状对体质量性状的影响OA
Effects of morphological traits on body mass traits of mature and 8-month-old Neptunea cumingii
为了筛选出香螺(Neptunea cumingii)育种中理想的测度指标,随机选取香螺成体98个、8月龄幼螺96个,进行了形态性状与体质量性状相关性分析.分别测量了成螺和8月龄幼螺的壳长(X1、x1)、壳宽(X2、x2)、壳口长(X3、x3)、壳口宽(X4、x4)、厣长(X5、x5)、厣宽(X6、x6)、体螺层长(X7、x7)7项形态性状和香螺体质量(Y1、y1)、软体部质量(Y2、y2)2项体质量性状,利用描述性统计分析、相关性分析、逐步回归分析、通径分析和决定系数分析等方法,探究了不同性状的选育潜力和形态性状对香螺螺体质量及软体部质量的影响.结果显示,相较于形态性状,香螺体质量性状的变异系数较高,有较大的选育潜力;大部分体质量性状和形态性状之间呈极显著相关(P<0.01);通径分析和决定系数分析结果显示,X2、X1、X4 和X5 是影响成螺体质量的主要指标,且影响程度依次递减;X2、X5 和X1 是影响成螺软体部质量的主要指标,且影响程度依次递减;x3、x2 和x1 是影响幼螺体质量的主要指标,而x2 是影响幼螺软体部质量的主要指标.通过逐步回归分析,建立了两个时期香螺形态性状对螺体质量和软体部质量的回归方程,分别为:Y1=-98.566+1.247X2+0.731X1+0.992X4+0.447X5(R2=0.803)和Y2=-42.748+0.715X2+0.359X5+0.275X1(R2=0.629),y1=-3.232+0.141x3+0.123x2+0.049x1(R2=0.932)和y2=-1.273+0.129x2(R2=0.782).结果表明,壳宽是影响成体香螺和幼螺体质量性状较为重要的因素,结果可为选择育种提供测度借鉴指标.
Neptunea cumingii Crosse is an important gastropod with significant ecological and economic values in the northern China.However,until now,there has been no report on the correlation between morphological traits and body mass traits of N.cumingii in different periods.To select ideal indices for selective breeding of N.cumingii,98 sexually mature and 96 8-month-old immature N.cumingii were randomly selected to analyze the correlation between morphological traits and body mass traits.And 7 morphological traits including shell length(X1),shell width(X2),shell aperture length(X3),shell aperture width(X4),operculum length(X5),operculum width(X6)and shell layer length(X7),and 2 body mass traits including body weight(Y1)and soft tissue weight(Y2)of mature N.cumingii were measured.Also 7 morphological traits including,shell length(x1),shell width(x2),shell opening length(x3),shell opening width(x4),operculum length(x5),operculum width(x6)and shell layer length(x7),and 2 body mass traits including body weight(y1)and soft tissue weight(y2)of 8-month-old immature N.cumingii were measured.Then descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis,stepwise regression analysis,path analysis and determinant coefficient analysis were carried out to explore the breeding potential of different traits and the influence of morphological traits on body mass traits.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of body mass traits was higher than that of morphological traits,and the breeding potential was greater.Correlation analysis indicated that there were significant relationships among most of the traits(P<0.01).Path analysis and determinant coefficient analysis showed that shell width,shell length,shell apertrue width and operculum length were the main factors affecting the body weight of mature N.cumingii,with the degree of influence decreasing in order.Shell width,operculum length and shell length were the main factors affecting soft tissue weight of mature N.cumingii,and the importance decreased in turn in a descending order.For immature N.cumingii,shell width,shell length,shell apertrue length were the main factors affecting its body weight,with the degree of influence decreasing in order.Shell width was the main factor affecting soft tissue weight.Through stepwise regression analysis,the equations of morphological traits on body mass traits of mature and immature N.cumingii were as follows:Y1=-98.566+1.247X2+0.731X1+0.992X4+0.447X5(R2=0.803);Y2=-42.748+0.715X2+0.359X5+0.275X1(R2=0.629);y1=-3.232+0.141x3+0.123x2+0.049x1(R2=0.932)and y2=-1.273+0.129x2(R2=0.782).This study successfully showed that shell width was an important factor affecting body mass traits of mature and immature N.cumingii,and it should be considered in selective breeding of N.cumingii.
