海砂净化溶液氯离子和盐度在线监测系统搭建及应用OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Development and application of a real-time online monitoring system for chloride ion and salinity in sea sand purification solutions
海砂中过高的氯离子与盐度会引发钢筋锈蚀,严重威胁混凝土结构耐久性,因此实现其净化过程的实时监测至关重要.本研究基于离子选择电极法与电导率法,开发了一套用于海砂净化过程的氯离子与盐度在线监测系统.测试结果表明,该系统稳定性高、精确性好,氯离子与盐度的检测线性范围分别为1~1×104 mg/kg 与10~1×104 mg/kg,检测精度在10~5 500 mg/kg(氯离子)和70~9 000 mg/kg(盐度)范围内可达 97%以上.现场监测数据进一步证实,净化洗脱水与砂样中的氯离子浓度变化规律一致,表明通过监测洗脱水可实现砂样氯离子含量的间接、实时评估.该系统为海砂净化工艺的优化与成品砂质量管控提供了有效的技术手段.
Excessive chloride ions and salinity in sea sand can induce steel corrosion,considerably threatening the durability of concrete structures.Therefore,real-time monitoring of the purification process is essential.This study developed an online monitoring system for chloride ions and salinity during sea sand purification based on ion-selective electrode and conductivity methods.The test results demonstrate that the proposed system exhibits high stability and accuracy with linear detection ranges of 1-1×10⁴ mg∙kg⁻¹ for chloride ions and 10-1×10⁴ mg∙kg⁻¹ for salinity.Within the concentration intervals of 10-5500 mg∙kg⁻¹ for chloride ions and 70-9000 mg∙kg⁻¹ for salinity,the detection accuracy exceeds 97%.Field monitoring data further reveal that the variation trends of chloride ion concentration in purified wash water and sand samples are consistent,indicating that an indirect and real-time assessment of chloride ion content in sand can be achieved by monitoring the wash water.This system provides an effective technical approach for optimizing the sea sand purification process and control-ling the quality of the final product.
