草酸二甲酯加氢制乙醇的铜基催化剂制备及其工艺研究OA

采用共沉淀法制备系列二元和三元铜基催化剂,用于DMO(草酸二甲酯)加氢制乙醇反应.结果表明:ZrO2作为载体的Cu/Zr催化剂副产物较少,且Fe助剂的引入进一步提升了该催化剂的催化性能.Cu/Fe/Zr催化剂因具有较为适宜的酸强度和酸量、较大的比表面积以及较高的铜分散度而具有较优的催化活性.以其为催化剂,DMO加氢制乙醇较佳的反应条件为:反应温度270 ℃,压力3.0 MPa,液时空速0.3 h-1以及氢酯摩尔比150.在此条件下,DMO的转化率可达99%以上,乙醇的选择性为97.56%.

A series of binary and ternary copper-based catalysts were synthesized via the co-precipitation method for the hydrogenation of DMO(dimethyl oxalate)to ethanol.The results indicate that the Cu/Zr catalyst,with ZrO2 as the support,produces fewer by-products,and the introduction of Fe as a promoter further enhances the catalyst's catalytic performance.The Cu/Fe/Zr catalyst exhibits superior catalytic activity due to its optimal acid strength and quantity,larger specific surface area and higher copper dispersion.The optimal reaction conditions for DMO hydrogenation to ethanol using this catalyst are as follows:reaction temperature of 270℃,pressure of 3.0 MPa,liquid hourly space velocity of 0.3 h-1 and hydrogen-to-ester molar ratio of 150.Under these conditions,the conversion of DMO reaches over 99%,with ethanol selectivity of 97.56%.
