多孔钙/铝填料调控酸性废水性能OA
Performance of porous Ca/Al fillers in regulating acidic wastewater
当前酸性废水治理存在调控精度不足、成本高的问题,亟需开发高效、低成本的处理技术.针对这一需求,采用工业固废资源化利用策略,以生石灰为原料、煤气化渣为造孔剂,采用模压与烧结法制备固废基多孔钙/铝填料,利用SEM、TGA、XRD和FTIR对产品的结构进行表征,表征固废基多孔钙/铝填料的微观结构,考察其对酸性废水的缓释调控性能,探讨投加量、温度、搅拌速度和反应时间对调控过程的影响.结果显示:在投加量为25 mg/L,反应温度为室温,搅拌速度为280 r/min,反应时间为260 min的最佳反应条件下,酸性废水的pH值平衡至6-8,完全符合GB 8978-1996标准.且固废基多孔钙/铝填料对酸性废水的缓释调控过程符合一级反应动力学模型.当废水在模拟湿地装置中过流循环10次后,pH值平衡在7.38,满足排放要求.
Currently,the treatment of acidic wastewater faces challenges such as insufficient control accuracy and high costs,necessitating the development of efficient and low-cost treatment technologies.To address this need,an industrial solid waste resource utilization strategy was adopted,using quicklime as the raw material and coal gasification slag as a pore-forming agent,solid waste-based porous Ca/Al fillers were prepared via molding and sintering.The microstructure of the product was characterized by SEM,TGA,XRD and FTIR,providing a comprehensive evaluation of its structural properties.The acid wastewater neutralization and controlled-release performance of the fillers were investigated,with key parameters such as dosage,temperature,stirring speed and reaction time being examined.The results show that under the optimal reaction conditions of a dosage of 25 mg/L,reaction temperature at room temperature,stirring speed at 280 r/min and reaction time at 260 min,the pH of the acidic wastewater is balanced to 6-8,fully complying with the standard GB 8978-1996.Moreover,the pH buffering process of the solid waste-based porous Ca/Al fillers for acidic wastewater follows the first order reaction kinetic model.When the wastewater circulates through the simulated wetland device for 10 times,the pH stabilizes at 7.38,which meeting the discharge requirements.
