A Type Series Design of Power Supply Products for Common Platform of High Orbit Communication Satellites

针对传统高轨通信卫星研制方式中电源系统单机通用性不足,每颗卫星的电源产品为定制化设计,其研制都经历电性件、鉴定件、正样件的研制,成本重叠、居高不下的问题,文章提出了一种高轨通信卫星平台电源单机产品采用模块化、型谱化的设计,针对高轨通信卫星应用的基于顺序开关分流调节电路的全调节母线电源系统,采用型谱化产品设计思路,给出了太阳电池阵、蓄电池组、电源控制器和蓄电池组接口单元共四类典型产品型谱化配置,可满足整星7.2~18kW 多种不同方案电源系统的功率需求,确保电源系统设计的比能量最优.经在轨验证,结果表明:该电源产品型谱化设计有利于提高通信卫星公用平台产品的通用化选型灵活度、提高产品的功率密度,降低产品质量,可以为其他领域卫星电源型谱化设计提供参考.

To address the issue of insufficient standalone unit universality in the traditional power system design for high orbit communication satellites,where each satellite requires customized power products undergoing separate development cycles of primary models,qualification models,and flight models—resulting in high and overlapping costs,a modular and type series design ap-proach for power system devices on the common platform is proposed in this paper.Specifically,for the fully regulated bus power system based on sequential switch shunt regulation circuits,which is tailored for high orbit communication satellite applications,a type series design concept is adopted,and four typical product spectral configurations are provided,including solar cell ar-ray,battery pack,power controller,and battery interface management unit.These configura-tions can collectively meet the power requirements of satellite power systems with multiple schemes ranging from 7.2 to 18kW for the entire satellite,ensuring optimal specific energy in power system design.On-orbit validation results demonstrate that this type series design signifi-cantly enhances the flexibility of common platform product selection,improves power density,reduces product mass,and provides a reference for type series design of satellite power systems in other fields.
