为进一步提升卫星强度设计的精准度,文章分析了蜂窝夹层结构的多种失效模式.针对卫星上带有埋件的典型蜂窝夹层结构,建立了包含埋件、蜂窝等要素的细观有限元模型,模拟了3种失效模式并分析了临界载荷.以装载有相机的某卫星为研究对象,提出了宏观与细观相结合的跨尺度建模方法.通过强度分析,发现相机安装脚附近的铝蜂窝晶格最大 Mise应力达到312MPa,超过了材料屈服极限,揭示了蜂窝损伤的发生机理,解决了传统宏观建模手段分析精度不足的问题.此研究为高承载卫星结构强度分析提供了参考,在保证强度安全的前提下,可促进卫星结构轻量化水平的提升.

To further enhance the precision of satellite structural design,this paper investigates multiple failure modes of honeycomb sandwich structures.A mesoscopic finite element model with embedded inserts,honeycomb cores,and other key components is developed for typical sat-ellite honeycomb sandwich structures with inserts.Three failure modes are simulated,and the corresponding critical loads are derived.Taking a camera-equipped satellite as the study case,a cross-scale modeling approach that integrates macroscopic and mesoscopic analyses is proposed.Intensity analysis results show that the maximum von Mises stress in the aluminum honeycomb lattice near the camera mounting foot reached 312MPa,which exceeds the material yield strength,thus revealing the damage mechanisms of the honeycomb core.The proposed method overcomes the issue of low analysis accuracy in conventional macroscopic modeling approaches.This study provides a reference for intensity analysis of high load-bearing satellite structures and promotes the lightweight design of satellite structures on the premise of ensuring structural safety.
